Pipe Services

Displays a list of pre-defined insulation and flow arrow symbols that can be placed in the current drawing.

The following gallery displays which can be left floating or docked to the drawing area.

Select the symbol by clicking the item name or the associated icon, then press OK. The pipe line/pipe run is automatically broken when an insulation or flow symbol is placed. Click on a symbol and use the mouse to drag and drop it in the desired location. The Flow Arrow will inherit the direction of the line.

Note: In the case of the Bidirectional Flow Arrow, the line must be defined as a bidirectional line to be able to place the symbol on it.

Pipe Run Termination

The Pipe Run Termination is placed like the other symbols with the exception of the Properties dialog which displays when placing the Pipe Run Termination symbol allowing you to define a tag number and general properties for the run terminator if desired.

When a pipe run termination has been placed, it will show up in the To/From data for the pipe run in the Properties dialog.
